Each peel ranges in depth and intensity, so the type of peel administered will depend on your skin concerns, skin type, and skincare habits. What Results Will I See?

After a SkinCeuticals peel, you will experience minimal downtime, ranging from one hour to one week depending on your skin type and the peel administered. Peels with downtime listed 5-7 days, facial peeling should occur around day 3 and continue for several days after. Following your first treatment, skin texture will be noticeably smoother, with improved brightness and clarity. After three to six peels, you can expect significant improvement in the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and wrinkles, skin tone and texture.

But My Face Didn’t Peel!

Yes, this happens, and it is not always a bad thing. SkinCeuticals peels are superficial, so only the strongest in the lineup will cause actual peeling. If you get a stronger peel and still find your skin doesn’t peel post treatment it could be you are great at regularly exfoliating your skin (pat yourself on the back), so you don’t have a lot of skin cells to remove. You will still get the benefits of the peel as it will still tighten, smooth, and regenerate your skin.

Chemical peels exfoliate dead, dry skin cells to improve signs of aging. For optimal results, an initial series of 3 treatments every 4 weeks is recommended.

Glow and Go / Red Carpet: 12% Glycolic Acid, 8% Lactic Acid, 2% Phytic Acid

Advanced Corrective: 14% salicylic acid, 14% lactic acid, 10% phenylethyl resorcinol

Smart TCA: 15% trichloroacetic acid, 3% glycolic acid
